Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and security tags are intact.

  Affix the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier point; you will receive a notification and your refund once our quality team approves the return.
